About me

Time I put something on here! I'm 65, retired and single. I've crafted in some shape or form for years, indeed Mum & I used to do craft shows with her dried/pressed flower pictures and cards and my small patchwork things. That was long ago now, and these days card-making is my main activity. I have two sisters, two nephews and a niece, and between them they have given me two great nephews and a great niece. Only one g-nephew is in this country and I see him quite a lot, at 6 he is quite a handful and quite a character. I live in my own house and enjoy my garden and my neighbours.

Interests

Apart from crafting and my garden, I love Scottish Country Dancing. Along with two friends I teach a children's class, which can be tiring, frustrating, hilarious but always worthwhile. I dance a couple of times a week with adult groups. I'm also actively involved in my Church, stewarding, welcoming, reading, intercessing, serving coffee, working with the children's Sunday Club. I also do a bit of photography, but that's a bit rusty at the moment, I need to get back to it.
