About me
I am a professional cake decorator for a cake company based in London. I discovered my passion for cake at a very young age. As soon as I was able to feed myself, I was eating cake and as soon as I was able to hold a bowl, I was making it! I ventured into the world of cakes as soon as I could and at 13 years of age I had my first job in a Bakery. Eager to jump into the world of everything delicious I left school at 16 and started a 3 year course specialising in pastry at Westminster Kingsway College. Over the 3 years I spent my passion grew and it was there that I learnt the intricate skills valued in pastry. Upon leaving College I started my career in a 5* Hotel kitchen but as I watched beautifully crafted cakes float in and out for various functions I knew it was time to grab the world of cake with both hands! This was when I applied for the Mich Turner internship programme, an invaluable experience where since I have been fortunate enough to be able to apply all of the skills I lear
