About me

I'm married to Phil, 29 yrs this year. Two children Louise 26, Neil 23 and their partners and my beautiful granddaughter Beatrix.
I work full time, so crafting time is very precious. I haven't bought a card for many years, as I race along and make them all, sometimes am tempted though!!
Aqua and purples are my favourite colours. My hate is snakes of any kind make my skin crawl. Not interested in any sport at all. Like detective programes, period dramas.
Since my son has moved out, I now have my craft room so can leave ongoing project out instead of clearing away each night. It is a glorious mess!!
Help run a cub pack which I love and do a lot of crafting with the children.

Interests

Have always liked craft, used to oil paint, knitting , sewing which led me to cross stitching pictures and cards. Also like making clothes.
Gardening is also a favourite, time in the garden competes with crafting.
Over the last 4 years have been drawn into ATCS, which are my favourite as like learning new techniques. Haven't been able to do so many recently due to life but hope to get stuck in again. Never cease to be amazed at the works of art in the gallery which really inspire me.
