'do crafts' requires that members leave an email address, name and postcode. These are used to better serve the users.
The postcode is used to allow us to notify members of crafting events in their neighbourhood.
You will be sent regular updates and information about crafting projects.
Questionaires
On occasion we will offer users the opportunity to answer questionnaires and polls, you are under no obligation to answer a poll or questionnaire.
Information collected is used to get a better understanding of our users, if we ask for contact information then this is simply to allow us to contact you if we want to get a better understanding of one of your answers
Prize Draws
'do crafts' offers regular prize draws, anyone can enter and the draw is done purely at random.
As part of entering a prize draw you will be asked to confirm your postal address, this is needed in the eventuality that you win a prize.
If you do not want to leave your address then you are free not to enter the prize draw.
Unsubscribing
You may unsubscribe at any time, simply by visiting the 'my do crafts' area and selecting UnRegister.
Once you have un registered you may get email content from 'do crafts' for a short period as we set up mailing for some content and event in advance.

Statutory Rights
We are a UK based company, subject to UK consumer law so dealing with Design Objectives is completely safe. None of the information detailed in our Terms and Conditions affects your statutory
rights as a consumer. We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, prior to despatch due to the following reasons:
1 Authorisation of your payment failed
2 We made a pricing or product description error
3 We do not deliver to your area
4 Any other reasonable cause unforeseen at the time the order was placed
If there are any problems with an order, you will be contacted by one of our expert CustomerService team by email or telephone. If payment has been taken we will credit your account with any
sum deducted by us as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date you place your order.
Accuracy Of Content
Design Objectives have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been
fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices displayed are
inclusive of VAT at current UK VAT rates. Savings quoted reflect normal recommended retail price (RRP) as available at craft stores throughout the UK. Packaging and contents may vary from that
shown.
Delivery Times & Options
Delivery options listed in the checkout indicate shipping time from date of despatch. We will make every effort to despatch as quickly and efficiently as possible, however please allow up to three working days for your items to be despatched in addition to the time indicated on your selected delivery option. Please note that delivery carriers do not normally deliver on weekends so please expect weekday deliveries only. Late deliveries as a result of third party carrier actions are not the responsibility of docrafts. We will endeavour to ensure that the contracted carriers deliver as efficiently as possible.
Events Beyond Our Control
Design Objectives shall have no liability to you for failure to deliver goods, delay in delivery, damage to or defect in goods delivered caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
including, but not limited to, industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident, acts of terrorism or war.
Liability
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation. Design Objectives shall have no liability for products delivered which prove to be different from what
you ordered, are damaged or defective, or the quantity is incorrect, unless you notify us of the problem via email in writing within 10 working days of the delivery. Please email our Customer

If you do not receive products ordered within 30 days of the order date, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem via email in writing within 40 working days of the expected
delivery date. Please email our Customer Services: ecrafters@docrafts.co.uk. We will also be tracking your delivery with our courier service. If you notify us of a problem our only obligation will be, to make good any shortage or non-delivery,
to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective, or to refund the amount paid for the goods. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage
or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill), howsoever arising, out of any problem
you notify to us under this condition. Compliance with import/export regulations is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Tax Charges
For orders within the European Union, VAT is added at the rate applicable for the UK at the time of purchase.
Our UK VAT registration number is GB 892 2059 12.
Credit Card Security transactions are handled securely by specialised payment processors. They comply with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS) and are externally
audited in this respect.
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint concerning an order through Design Objectives you can:
1. Email ecrafters.complaints@docrafts.co.uk. We will acknowledge receipt of your email within two working days.
2. Write to Design Objectives; contact us. We will acknowledge receipt of your letter within two working days of receipt.
Cookies technology is used to track the patterns / behaviour of visitors to our website. This includes using a "cookie" which is stored by your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent
this happening. The information collected in this way will be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
Data Protection
The Information we collect about you is used for two reasons only:
1. to enable us to process and deliver your order and
2. to provide you with the best possible service.
Personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law and the 1998 UK Data Protection Act. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent. We
endeavour to ensure the information that we hold will be accurate and up to date. If you want a copy of the information, you can log onto your user profile and view it. If you notify us of any
inaccuracies we will correct the errors promptly, or alternatively please logon and make the change yourself.
We will not e-mail you except in connection with your current order or query unless you have subscribed to our mailing list.
We will not supply any of your details to any third party in the future except for the purposes of debt recovery, unless required by law. The information we collect about you includes: your name,
address, telephone number, email address, products ordered, your credit/debit card details will not be held.
Remittance Terms
Products remain the property of DESIGN OBJECTIVES until paid for.Governing Law between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and
the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier, just add products to your basket. Select the product you want,click on ‘add to basket’. After you have finished making your selection, progress through the screens
following the instructions carefully, you will be asked for your delivery address details; at this point you can choose to send it to an alternative address, to select the ‘do craft stockist’ to redeem your
voucher, followed by payment details.
We try to ensure that all products on the website are in stock. If a product is very popular and we do run out we will mark it ‘out of stock’.
Please note all purchases must be made online using our website. We cannot accept orders received by post.
Availability Of Stock
All products are subject to availability while stocks last. We will notify you as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable for some unforeseen reason.
Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘checkout’ on the final page of our ordering process.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and then with details confirming delivery of your purchase. We will notify you if the product is not available due to some unforeseen circumstance.
Cancellation Of Your order
Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order. Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the products. The product must be returned unused, in its original
packaging, with the voucher and the delivery note enclosed. Please note you will be responsible for the post and packaging cost of returning the product to us. We also recommend you use a proof of
delivery service. Where products have been delivered to a third party (different delivery address) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return the products you ordered to us.
Once we have received the returned products, your account will be credited as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the date of your order being placed, provided the products are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
Returns Procedure
Delivery Times & Charges Our normal delivery time is 5 - 7 working days after authorisation of credit or debit card details have been processed. Any significant delay will be notified via email. We will only deliver to zones identified on the drop down of the shopping page.Postage and packing to a delivery address in the UK Mainland will be charged at the amount shown at the time you place your order up to a total weight of 30kg. Any order exceeding this total weight will receive an additional charge. Customers will be contacted and informed of any additional delivery costs before the order is processed.
Delivery To An Alternative Address
If you wish to have your order delivered to a separate address, simply deselect the √ box and complete the alternative address details on the screen.The voucher will be sent with the product in all instances.You will have the option to send some instructions, a personal greeting maybe or delivery instructions for the courier – you choose. We will also make sure the delivery note included with the
product has no price or payment details enclosed. An invoice will be emailed to you confirming
payment.
Returns Procedure
Simply contact our friendly Customer Services via email: ecrafters.returns@docrafts.co.uk or telephone on: 0845 130 7212.
You will need to advise us of your customer account number, the product code and your order number. Just complete our returns procedure form on the web with the requested information
before returning the products back to us. Returned products must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels, delivery / invoice notes and voucher enclosed. Once we have received them back, we will either credit or replace (subject to stock availability) the products, whichever you prefer. There is no shop front or customer service facilities available at our warehouse. Please do not attempt to hand deliver the returned product.
Design Objectives will happily refund or replace (subject to stock availability) any damaged or faulty product within six months from delivery date, other than due to normal wear and tear, failure to
follow instructions or misuse. Postage and packaging will be refunded in this instance.
Design Objectives reserve the right to refuse or issue a refund/replacement product and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the product is found to have suffered
damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear. We do ask that damaged or faulty product be
returned promptly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment
Credit and Debit cards - we accept Visa, Visa debit / Delta, MasterCard, Solo, UK Maestro Switch. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current UK rate applicable. Cards keyed online are automatically debited at the time of purchase. All invoice errors must be reported via email within 5 working days of invoice date.
Vouchers
Vouchers can be used on the docrafts website when offered. These are subject to the terms and conditions set out on the voucher (or e-voucher).

Privacy Policy
In addition to the docrafts privacy policy set out on this site, we only share relevant information with those parties entrusted with the processing of your account and the fulfilment of your order.
Creativity Club
The Creativity Club is a premium access area which offers exclusive benefits to subscribing site users. The benefits on offer include:
1- Creativity TV - Typically a weekly website hosted episode with between 7-12 mins of creative inspiration. We reserve the right to adjust programme timings and regularity of episodes.
2- Subscription Gifts - Each quarter a free gift of our choice will be made available on a first come first served basis. This is available Free to the member when ordering other items from the docrafts.com website. - this is not available through any other delivery method including local stores.
3- Discounts on-line - We will offer discounts to members when ordering on docrafts.com. These may vary depending on the offer.
4- Exclusive content - Additional content including downloads and projects are made available for the use of the member only.
5- Forum - An exclusive forum for Creativity Club members is offered. Forum rules covering Craft Talk remain in place for this exclusive forum. We reserve the right to remove content or users that do not comply with our terms and conditions of use.
Membership of Creativity Club is charged on a monthly basis.(Please see docrafts.com for the current rate). The rate at time of joining will remain in place unless a minimum of 30 days notice is given of any price change. Payments will be taken monthly via the credit card entered at the price agreed at time of joining. If at any point your transaction does not clear (eg expired card) we will make contact with you via email to request your assistance in clearing your payment. We reserve the right to suspend membership during any such period.
Cancellation of membership can be instigated at any time at the request of the user.
The minimum length of membership is 30 days and the minimum notice period for cancellation is 7 days.
The membership will then terminate at the end of the last month of paid membership. No credit will be offered in respect of cancellation earlier than the period paid for.
We reserve the right to suspend members as well as to offer free membership as prizes or on a trial basis.
We try at all times to ensure that the website and Creativity Club are fully functioning and available. From time to time we may need to take the site or the Creativity Club zone off-line for maintenance or repair. We will make every effort to minimise this disruption and fully restore the service. No credit will be offered in respect to the service being off line in such circumstances.
