About me

Hi my name is Jackie and I am married to Keith (you can see him in my photo) we have one daughter, Hannah, who has now left home to live with her boyfriend and is working in Debenhams (so much for having a degree). I have been making cards, mostly for family and friends, since 2006 when I had lots of card and paper left over after decorating my church for a Summer Ball. A friend and I are in the fourth year of running an after school card making club where we teach 8 children different card making techniques. I love card making as it is a great way to be creative. I enjoy being part of this site too and I get lots of inspiration from seeing other member's creations.

Interests

I like card making and other crafts. I love going to the cinema and theatre with my husband. The garden also occupies me. Things to do with computer fascinate me which is good because I am ICT Technician at my school. When I have time I like to read. I am passionate about Fairtrade and have helped my church to become a Fairtrade church and my school has just been awarded Fairtrade status, a big achievement.
