We are delighted with the enthusiasm shown towards the many crafting products and designs produced by docrafts. They have been designed with you in mind, for your use, your enjoyment and most importantly your own personal expression.

To ensure that we protect all parties from the misuse of images, we have established an angel policy for crafters to follow when using our copyrighted product designs. This policy has not been designed to inhibit your creative output – it does in fact help protect the crafting industry, by ensuring that crafters who want to sell their hand made products can do so without the fear of competing with mass produced versions of the same image. It also protects the designers ensuring that they can continue to provide a wide range of interesting and innovative designs.

The following product lines are considered docrafts designs: Papermania, Papermania “designed by” ranges, Anita's, Daisy & Dandelion, Artiste, X-cut and Craft Planet.

docrafts images are copyrighted, which means that they may not be copied without permission. To help protect the rights granted by these copyrights each handcrafted item created for sale must be personally and individually made by the selling artist and may not be reproduced or copied by any means, including graphic, digital, electronic, mechanical or photocopying.

Mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire is strictly prohibited.

Completed, handmade or digitally created projects may be sold at permanent retail locations, as well as temporary craft events, community fundraisers, and over the Internet. In selling handmade or digitally created projects, the seller must make it clear that the items are handmade or personally created by the seller, and not a product of the company.

There is no limit to handmade items sold for charity, as long as they abide by the restrictions as stated in this policy.

docrafts designs and images may not be used for the purpose of creating logos, clip art, digital artwork and blog banners or company trademarks.

Quantities for commercial use are generally allowed if they abide by the restrictions as stated in this policy and are in the range of 500 items per image. The production of much larger numbers, and/or for an ongoing business is not permitted.

Participants in this Angel Policy assume all liability for suitability of their work.

 CD ROM specific additions
