In January 2010 docrafts launched the ‘Craft for Life’ campaign in aid of Cancer Research UK - the
world’s leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through research. Since the campaign started last year
you have helped to raise over £165,000! The charity’s groundbreaking work into the prevention, diagnosis
and treatment of cancer has helped save millions of lives and this work is funded entirely by the public.

double in the last 40 years. Our scientists and doctors have contributed to most of the world’s top cancer

access to cancer drugs, screening and reducing the use of tobacco.

In 2011 we continue to support Cancer Research UK by asking for your handmade cards to be sold in
the 550 Cancer Research UK stores nationwide. Alternatively you can sell your cards to friends and
family and donate the proceeds to the charity. Craft for Life card bags can be collected (for free) from
participating docrafts stockists and Cancer Research UK stores.

1. To join in: Craft your card. All cards must be A6 in size. Cards can be of any theme using products of your choice but the inside of the card must be left blank.
2: Package your card: Insert the card into the card bag with the front of the card showing. Include the envelope behind your card. Only one card per bag.
3. Donate or sell your cards: You can hand in your handmade cards to Cancer Research UK shops to be displayed and sold in store. To find out where your nearest Cancer Research UK shop is visit www.cancerresearchuk.org. |
