My Profile
Your profile is a series of pages dedicated to you! Only docrafts members can own a profile. You can add as much or as little information about yourself as you wish. It is also a showcase for all your projects and top tips and allows to access to your craft box, inbox and preferences.

How to use your profile
You can access your profile by clicking on the ‘MY PROFILE’ tab at the top of the page. Alternatively, you will see the ‘My Profile Shortcut’ displayed to the right of your screen on many pages throughout the site. You can use this to keep track of your profile activity. Once on your profile, you will see tabs to click which will display the different sections.
Can other members see all my details when they view my profile?
No, certain information which you can see when you view your profile is hidden from other members to protect your identity. Details which are hidden include; your real name, email address, year of birth, password and address.
How do I view my profile as other members would?
When you view your profile, you will see a ‘View your live profile’ button located to the top right. Click this to open another browser which will display your profile as other members would.
How do I change my email address?
Click on the ‘Info’ tab then change the details of your email. Remember to save your changes.
How do I add my birthday?
Click on the ‘Info’ tab and then click on the calendar icon to select your birthday.
Select your month and year of date first from the drop down box below the calendar, then select your date. Click the ‘Save Profile’ to save changes.
Your date of birth is kept private from other members.
How do I upload a profile image?
Click on the ‘Info’ tab and select ‘Browse’ in the profile picture section. You can select a photo from your pc following the online instructions. You can edit or delete your photo in the same place.
How do I add info about me?
Click on the ‘Info’ tab and scroll down the page to find the ‘About Me’ and ‘My Interests’ editing boxes. You can add in as much or as little information about yourself as you wish, remember, not to disclose any information which you need to remain private. Click the ‘Save’ buttons once you have finished. This information is displayed to the left of your profile.
How do I change my password?
Click on the ‘Info’ tab and scroll down the page to find the password section. This information is kept private.
How do I add/change my address details?
Click on the ‘Info’ tab and scroll down the page to find your address details. You need to add your full address if you wish to enter our prize draws (available to the UK only). This information is kept private.
How to use the ‘Have your Say’ on my profile
You can post comments to other members on your profile and other members can respond on the ‘Have Your Say’ section. If you own the profile, you are able to delete comments which you find offensive or inappropriate.
What are ‘My reviews’?
Any reviews you make on the site are now collected into your profile so you and other members can view them in their entirety.
How to use your inbox
To access your inbox click the link on your profile. Your inbox is located in Craft Talk. New messages can be found in the INBOX tab. Click on the private message (PM) subject to view. You can reply if you wish. PM’s can be archived or deleted once read. To send a new PM, click the NEW PM button and use the search tool to select the docrafts recipient.
Protecting your identity
We do not display any personal information about you. If you decide to put your contact details on your profile, this is your decision and docrafts cannot be held responsible
Profile content uploaded by members
docrafts are not responsible for any content added to the member’s profiles. We take no responsibility for content. We reserve the right to quarantine offensive profiles.
My Gallery
Your gallery is a showcase for all the projects which you upload to docrafts. They are displayed in date order, the most recent being viewed first.

Adding/editing albums
You can now create personal albums where you can ‘file’ your projects. This makes it easy for you and others to search your gallery. View our How to Manage your Projects Help Video for more information.
My Top Tips
You can now upload your own top tips to docrafts in the same way you would a project!
How do I upload or edit a top tip?
You can upload and edit a top tip in exactly the same was as you would a project (view help video). Your top tip needs to have at least one image uploaded with it. Your top tips will be showcased in the top tips area of docrafts and will also be automatically added to your profile under the top tip tab.
My Buddies
You can view your buddies by clicking the ‘Buddies’ tab on your profile. You can search your list, and delete buddies if you wish.

My Craft Box
You can now add pages from throughout the site to your craft box. This makes accessing your favourite items quick and easy!
How do I add items to my craft box?
To do this, simply find a page you wish to add, then click the ‘Add’ button on the ‘My Craft Box’ tab which can be found to the top right of the page. If you are unable to add the page, the ‘Add’ button will disappear.
How do I edit my craft box?
You can remove items from your craft box by clicking the ‘Delete’ button displayed.
My Blogs
What is a blog?
A blog is a shared on-line journal where people can post diary entries about their personal experiences and hobbies. Postings on a blog are usually in chronological order. You are able to comment on other member’s individual blog entries.
