How to shop with docrafts online
Navigating the online store
Any tab options, images and text may be a link to a page within the store. All links are clearly labelled to make you aware of the page they connect to.
At the top of the Online Store is a headline feature that will be regularly updated. For more details on the content showing simply click on the appropriate section or image.
Once you have selected your desired product simply click on the ‘Add to Basket’ button to start compiling your order. Clicking this button will add one of your chosen products into your basket. Quantities can be amended within your shopping basket.
Once you have added a product to your basket, a shopping basket icon will appear on the right hand side of the screen. This will summarise the number of items you have ordered so far and the sub total of those products.
If you click on the ‘My Basket’ text your shopping basket will display with a full listing of the products you have added.
Alternatively you can access your shopping basket via the tab option or text link above the products...
...or you can also access it via the drop down tab option at the very top of the page.
Below the headline feature is a list of all product categories broken down into sections. Each section includes an image of a product within and the best price available from those products.
Simply click on the image or text links to return all products within your selected category.
There are also many other ways to find the product you are looking for:
The ‘Search Online Store’ section contains 2 drop down menus and also a bespoke search field.
To search by category simply click on the drop down arrow and select the type of product you are looking for. When you click the ‘Search’ button to the right all the products relating to your chosen category will be returned.
The same drop down process is available to narrow your product search by brand.
To search for a specific product description click into the ‘Search online store for’ box and manually enter this information. Once entered click the ‘Search’ box to the right to return all related products.
The ‘Browse Online Store’ section has 4 different ways to narrow down your product search:
Click on the ‘Browse by price’ tab to open a list of different price point links. Click on any of these links to return products that relate to that price point.
Click on the ‘Latest Offers’ tab to return a list of recently added new special offers.
Click on the ‘Brands’ tab to open an alphabetically ordered list of all brands with products available to buy. The number within brackets next to each name shows the amount of products relating to that brand. Click on any of these links to return all relevant products.
Click on ‘Product Categories’ to open an alphabetical ordered list of all options.
Click on any link to return the relevant products.
Any amendments to your order can be made within the ‘Shopping Basket’.
Quantities can be changed for any products added to your basket by clicking into the ‘Qty’ box and typing the corrected number.
Should you wish to remove a line first click the Rubbish Bin icon and ‘Ok’ to confirm.

Within your email please state the query or problem and we will be in contact as soon as possible. If your question is regarding a previously placed order please include your Name, Order Number and Account Number located on your confirmation email to help us find your details.
Your address details can be amended within the ‘My Profile’ section of the site. Click on the tab option for this located at the top of the homepage. If you are not already logged in you will be prompted to do so.
Once with the ‘My Profile’ section click onto the ‘Info’ tab option and scroll to the bottom of the page to enter / edit your address. After completed these fields click ‘Save Address’ to confirm the new information.
Your personal details can be amended within the ‘My Profile’ section of the site. Click on the tab option for this located at the top of the homepage. If you are not already logged in you will be prompted to do so.

Simply enter your email address into the box and click the ‘Recover’ button. Your password will instantly be emailed to you.
How do I checkout?
Starting the Checkout process can be done from within the Shopping Basket. Click on the ‘Checkout’ button at the bottom to proceed to the first step.
You can also place your order by clicking on the ‘checkout’ text located at the bottom of the ‘My Basket’ preview graphic or by clicking on any other ‘checkout’ text links within the online store.
To view your Basket contents click on the ‘Show Basket’ button. Should you wish to add any further products to your order click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button.
If you are happy with the contents of your order scroll down the page and complete the ‘Delivery Address’ fields. There is also the option to automatically populate these boxes by entering your postcode and searching for your address.
At the bottom of the page is the ‘Delivery Options’ section. Depending on your chosen delivery location you may be given the choice of a 24 hour or 48 hour despatch time. Click the option you prefer and then click the ‘Submit’ button to proceed to Step 2.
Once you have completed each step of the checkout process it will be highlighted at the top of the page with a green tick icon.

Within the ‘Billing Address’ section you will be asked to specify whether your billing address details match your delivery address by clicking the appropriate option. If they are not the same the page will refresh with new address entry fields that you will need to complete.
At the bottom of the page is the ‘Payment Details’ section which requires you to enter your payment card details. Once these fields are completed click the ‘Submit’ button to proceed to the next step.
A summary of your details will appear with an option to go back and edit any sections if necessary. If you are satisfied that the correct details have been entered simply click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the page to confirm your order.
After confirming your order you will see the ‘Checkout Completed’ page. You will also receive a confirmation email straight away and a further email at the point of despatch.

Online prices may vary from prices available in your local craft store. However, all RRP’s displayed on the docrafts website are a good guide as to the price of products in stores.
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. This will display a list of the products you have purchased, your order number and also your requested delivery details.
This will be followed up with an email at the point of despatch confirming your order has been shipped and will include details of how you can track your order via our courier’s website.
