The site has logged me out?

If you are logged in, then leave your pc for more than 20 minutes the web site will automatically log you out. This is both a security and performance requirement. When this happens, you will need to log in again.

I am logged in under a different name

You need to go log out by clicking the ‘log out’ link at the top of the site. Then you need to simply log in again. The computer will automatically log in the last person to use the website, if they are a registered user. If you share a computer, remember to log out each time after you have finished using the site.

How do I print projects out?

Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to your computer. On the project page that you wish to print, click on the 'printer friendly page' link, which opens another window. Print out this new window by going to 'File' and 'Print'. Your usual Print dialogue window should appear. If you wish to just print the templates click the Template icon and print in the normal way.

The templates are not printing, how can I print them?

Sometimes browsers play up and do not print templates properly, so by saving the image onto your computer and then using a painting or photo, drawing package to re-open them you can print them out that way.

How do I edit my profile or change my password?

To edit your profile, change your password, edit your address, upload a photo or change your name you need to click on the 'My Profile’ tab at the top of the page, then select the ‘Info’ tab to edit your information.

I have forgotten my password and/or user name

Click the ‘Forgot Login Information’ link in the login box on the docrafts homepage and we will help you to recover your password or user name.
