About me

Hi
I've been crafting of some sort like always, I now concentrate on cards & keepsakes, I'm hoping to branch out into making wedding invites etc as I've done quite a few as gifts but feel I could & should be earning from my craft now if only to justify just how much I spend on it & why I need to take over the whole house.
I personally think that anyone who objects to being surrounded by pretty, blingy, decorative items is a nuthead anyway so I don't know why I worry about eating on our laps cos the dining table is full of construction of some kind or other.

Interests

I love my family, I know we all should but I truly love the kids, their kids and of course, 'im indoors. I've recently lost both my darling dogs Sophie to cancer & her son Harry (2nd love of my life) had a stroke then just died, heartbroken but also lost my walking buddies so that interest bit the dust, no fun on your own.
I read & have every book by Martina Cole, waiting for this years to come out. recently into Val Mcdermid (Wire in the Blood) & Torey Haydn- just bought her 1st novel though have all her previous books, all concerning special needs kids, I used to work with these kids til illness stopped my going to work, but more time for crafting (wehay!!)
I love my garden, we both work hard to make it really beautiful, sometimes I feel we should spend more time smelling the roses than planting them but everyone else enjoys it so worth the effort, grandkids fascinated by
