Hooray, dc has let me on again...its been such a faff, but the stranger is back

I need to catch up with all your news...it could take some time, but I do hope you are all well and not rusting away with the wet old summer!
I have news for Fi....remember the card I made for Carrie for her birthday? Well, it is featured in this months issue of Scrapbooking Magazine...how cool is that! The best thing is, Alma has a scrap page featured right next to it...we are famous lol! I was so thrilled to spot it, it really made my day.
As for the state of me just now, I am still with a very poorly hip and into my 4th or 5th week off work (Ive lost track!) Im having physio weekly and have an MRI scan booked for the end of the month. HOPEFULLY they will identify the problem and jab some magic stuff in there to stop the pain. Im not so bad sitting most of the time, but walking is very yow and cant be done at all without my trusty stick...its all getting very boring I must say!
However, in the last week I have managed some crafting..yay! I bought the Anna Griffin tsv - the christmas card kit and have made up quite a lot of those. I have posted a slide show on my blog if you would like to see them...I think you can access it by clicking 'blog' below this post.
I am now working on some more Christmas projects, this time using the freebie papers that came with Scrapbook Mag...I have challenged Alma to make as many things as we can with them...and see if we can get in the mag again
! So far I have made one card and two small scrap pages...and still lots of paper left! I will post them on my blog when they are done...its easier on there.
