Hi All

Sorry I have been a long time replying on the Docraft Site but I am still a website virgin, thanks to all of you that sent great messages its been lovely reading them and such kind words.  Just to get you all up to speed on how I am to date, I am feeling really positive in my self and life is good, I'm off the depression and sleeping tabs.  I have had my hickman introvenus line fitted this week ready for the chemotheropy infusion starting next Monday 10th October. I am going to really get started with my crafting the same time I start chemo so I can take my mind off things but have so many things I like to start, quilling, silk ribbon embroidery and cards - its like christmas come early (exciting !!!!)
Might need your help with tips and techniques.

Love Kim XXXXX

God Bless you & your lovely mum & dad. Crafting will open up a whole new world for your mum & help her to focus and relax, creating something is so therepuetic.
You will all get so much support on Do Crafts, so many very lovely people, I know that from past experience.
Take care,

Hi Carma,  i'm fairly new to this forum and have only just seen this post,  l'm pleased to read that things are turning more positive for both your mum & dad.
I am a Breast Cancer Survivor, it can sometimes be hard to accept that at first there are things that you cannot do...i remember crying my eyes out 'cause i dropped a wicker waste basket and all it had in it was paper lol, but things improve and she can beat this....
Warm wishes to you and both your parents, together you can be strong  ((hugs))
Blessings
