I did add a post on jewelrey making but not sure how often it's used,  so just wondering if any of you stick pin makers could help me with where to get the pins,  i have looked on ebay and  i cant find any 2.5 or 3" pins, a lot look really bent and poor quality. I would like some with the pearl head and some plain ones if possible.  Also if i get the plain ones what sort of bead goes on the top?  sorry if i'm being dim
So if anyone can point me in the direction of a pin store, or somewhere they recommend i will be very grateful, tia

i got mine from ebay, 2.5 but just plain and i put various beads on the end and a crimp bead at the botton to hold the beads in place. i also bought some little plugs to go on the sharp end, like you see on a pin brooch.

have you looked on youtube? there are some great tutorials on there.

Thank you for the help everyone, i'll go check the links and sites.
I looked on ebay again and i must admit i got a bit stressed, i was finding the 2.5/3"  pins putting them in my basket so i could check back to them, then discovered they are different thicknesses, this confused me so i had to leave it, some sellers said the pins were bendy, but these are the ones i don't want. Thanks again for all your help, i'll let you know when i find them. xx
