Colour palette on DD Options

Hi can anyone tell me how to get the colour palette on DD please. I have put in an image highlighted it but am not getting the option to use the colour palette. Is this normal and if so can someone please explain what I can use the palette for please. Thanks

Once your image is on the page, go to the top and then choose options, scroll right down to the bottom and choose colourise and a box should appear with different colour hues, but it cahnages the whole image, for example if it was TT and you go towards pink it changes the nose to pink too, not quite sure if that's the way you mean. xx
