I'm really happy with the triple Forever Friends CD rom, but the black and gold one was a disappointment as it won't work in my laptop which is windows 7 I believe lots of people have the same problem. I didn't send it back but hopefully will be able to use it in the future.

I love the free gifts with the magazine.  I always feel like I have a real bargain especially with its free gifts.  I love the embossing folders and always buy more.  Products that are sold in packs I might not buy but when I see what has been made with them in the magazine I give in!  So little will power!

Your products seem to be reasonably priced and your papers are now a much better quality.

But what I enjoy most of all is the turn around of your products.  There is always something new to look at then buy.  Do I need any more craft stuff? NOOOOOOOOOOOO  Do I buy more?  Pretty much always

Keep up the good work!

What I would like to see is affordable round the page punches.

Any chance??

The borders are lovely, but could they be made to do the corners too??

I love daisy & Dandelion cd and also Forever Friends triple. but the black and gold won't work at all despite having had a replacement. Very disappointed and I'm afraid I won't be buying any more Do crafts CD's. Shame really.

I can't find X-cut deep cut scissors anywhere
I particularly need an online supplier as I'm mostly housebound.

Hope you can help. I've been after these for ages.

Got to agree with the above. I have several of these punches now and love them. Also I really like the quality of your design papers - nothing flimsy about them - and the patterns in the recent ranges have all been gorgeous - I can hardly resist them

I really like the Forever Friends and Daisy and Dandelion CDs and stamps.

I also like the Country Companions range too.

Would have been nice if the new border punches had been the same price as the old ones as there are some pretty designs.

Love the magazine to as it is great value for the price.

I just wondered if the docrafts team are aware of the impossibility to get the free pampered pets stamps? either none came in or all gone (due to small stock arriving)

Thanks

My local DC stockist hasnt had anything in about the free stamps, and im very dissapointed. I dont live in a small village but in a city and we only have one DC stockist and for them not to know anything about it is not right.
Not only is it unfair to those of us that dont live near the places that have got stock of these, if you are going to offer something as free then surely you should make sure that all your stockist have stock of the items.

A VERY Dissapointed Kate xxx

I think most of us are waiting with baited breath for the realease of the new nestie type dies.

We were told there would be a delay in the original release date. Have you had any update as to when these dies are now due for release or have they been shelved indefinately?

i have to agree re. the lemon themed goody bag. it would have made a lot more sense t oput the boysenberry in the bag and the lemon on the shelves.

i think it's a shame that there has been such a hike in the price of the border punches. i bought most of the first release and one of the second (very hard to come by!) and i'll probably only get 1 of the newest release because of the price.

i, like many people, found it very misleading in the creativity mag where the new 'nestie-type' dies were shown but the price was 'from £??' - a lot of people thought this related to these dies and my guess is that they will be closer to the cost of nesties! if you show a pic of a product to be released, please state its price rather than a minimum price from the range. (same goes for paper collections - don't quote the price of the ribbon bows next to the paper pad with a from £ price tag)

i also agree that i'd like to see a lot more regular dc members in the mag - their hard work and loyalty to this site should be rewarded.

i'd also like to see more regular contributors of the forum winning the prize drawer. every month there is a thread of 'i've not won again' - i've been a member of this forum since 2004 ad entered every month it's been running and never won and i'm sure i'm not alone!!!!!

i applaud you for this thread - many companies wouldn't like to here the cons as well as the pros and hopefully this will lead to an improved service.

i'd also like to say that the quality of the papers and cardstock you now supply is much better. thank you!

Hi Susie

It's good to see someonme from the Dc Team giving some feedback, but I see still no news about the release of the nestie style dies.. I agree with Kathleen some of the prices quoted are a little misleading. It's very hard to budget when you don't really know the prices of the goods, and I'm afraid I'm one of those who when they go shopping if something is more than I anticipated I don't buy it because like most people on here I have to budget my expenditure on luxury goods, and I'm sorry but crafting is both my hobby and also a luxury. Other things like food , electricity etc take precedent. So I really do need to restict what I buy to when I can afford it.

I think you will find we have been having probs with the stick it tape for some time now so it's good to know Dc are looking into it. It's so embarrassing when you give a card to someone and it falls apart when they open the envelope, so I hope Dc can fix the prob and give us something which comes up to the standard of other makes.

Many thanks for responding

Peter

Yet  another dissapointed Docrafts member that can not get the free pampered pets stamp, having downloaded the personalised voucher to be redeemed at the Range in Swansea ,and after making 50ml round trip and spending over £25.00 on your products  to  be  told  that  there  were  no  stamps, was told they were probably in the delivery yet to be unpacked, they took my name and telephone number and said they would ring when they found said stamps, but just a story as no such telephone call has happened, why couldn't you have just given the stamps free in the magazine, then people wouldn't have to waste their time and fuel costs to just be dissapointed when no stamps are available,

I have had the same problems with the 'free' stamps from the last magazine. Went to my local Range on Wednesday of this week and got told exactly the same, they took my name and number and still no phone call.

Thankyou for all your hardwork Docrafts and for taking time to respond to us thats very valued keep it up
i agree with needing more acurate pricing though esp as a lot of us now on even stricter budgets

keep the freebies on magazines coming but please keep freebies on the magazines not where you have to go instore to redeem vouchers that cannot be redeemed i am to poorly to be able to do that and looks like its going to be quite a while before i can get into my Local or any craft store I have missed the free pamperd pets one as a result of thisfor now i,m going to have to do online craft shopping i was looking through your online magazine that lets you see a bit of whats in actual magazine

I Do Love the way you can get decoupage packs in everything you bring out very happy about that esp as they are pre cut which is great as thats perfect for us disabled crafters and much easier and quicker for those cards that need to be made quickly for Everyone
and i Love the way you do sets all co-ordinate wiith one another

Now I Also would Like More Info on your Range Of Nesties please
hugs mandy craftybearxxxx

my thoughts this month.....

new xcut border punches... shame about price increase BUT then there is a marked improvement in the design (paper catcher) sturdiness and quality of the overall punch AND they are still much cheaper than the competitors.... keep them coming please and get your the designers to make corner punches to match please so we can have affordable 'round the page' punches....

the new large Xcut appature dies...  bought one.. was expensive... and near on impossible to use
i have tried EVERYTHING to make this die cut properly and it still wont. there are no instructions for use on the packaging to compare to your type of machine you use it just says refer to manafacturers instructions.... i doubt they would know how to make these things cut either!!!  sadly dissapointed

january's goody bag... another great bag..a full range of the new style capsule xx brill BUT why yellows again???????????  the last one like that was the same colour!!!!!!!!!!! why not give us a bag of the blue or pink???? do you think we dont like yellows and will only buy it in the bags??????? hehe  not true by the way

all in all the latest designs have been enthralling but a good idea would be a comprehensive range geared to male cards..  not just fathers day, cartoony with golf and footy.... but a well designed range of paperstock, stamps and embellishments all for those men in our lives - some of who fund our crafting spree's xxx if you want some ideas how about medevil designs, country gentleman, military, ohhh my fingers are itching lol
RedRottie

 Im busy doing crafting,
