If you want to use your previously purchased CD ROMs (Black & Gold, Daisy & Dandelion and Forever Friends original triple disc set) then there is a really quick and simple video to show you how. hello i have been crafting for about a year now when i get chance to as i work night shift 4 nights a week and doing house jobs i cant wait for the new cd it looks really nice do you know when it is released RichardSkinner

i wish you wouldn`t teace us becks. lol! i mean, every time i put mt digital designer on especially if i`m still on the internet. when i went into the video`s the other day it showed me what was coming soon. i just know i will have to buy, i`ll never have no money. ha! ha! you too good at your job...

it was the new country companions cd,it was on create and craft on the 31st. Loaded mine but dont have the new tool,any one else had problems? SoniaKimm

Sonia, with the new country companion cd, did you just add the cds to the library? If so, you will just get the images.
Check what version you are on in the settings option on the software on the bottom of the screen, if its 17, then you need to upgrade to 18 (which at the moment is exclusive to the software)
You just install the software from the cd as you would an automatic update and it does it all for you, then you will get the digitage option on the bottom where the colouriser etc are.

Hi Elsie, You don't mention which My Craft Studiosoftware you have. If you have the My Craft Studio cd whoch has both the standard and pr ofessionsl graphic s oftware then a ll you need to do is just place the cd in the cd/dvd drawer and then on the screen you can choose whoch software you wish to onstall (i have the professional software installed). Towards the end on the installation you wiil be asked pn screen whether or not you wish the artwork to be installed on the omputer or for the artwork to be left on the cd. I prefer to install the artwork (images) on my computer otherwise each time you want to look at the images you will have to put you cd back into the cd drawer. I accutally store all my My Craft Studio artwork on an external harddrive as i have about 20 of the My Craft Studio cds If your cd is a Clock, Print and Go cd, then you do not install anything. You just put your cd into the cd drawer and your images are accessable straight away. You can pick the size you want print your image. If you pick A5 then you your printer will print out two images on one A4 sheet, etc. There is a craft forum for the My Craft Studio cds on the web: www.mycraftstudio?com You just need to register ( you don't have to be apaid member) in order to visit the site. Hi Elsie, I hope you've had some luck in installing your Deco Follies cd. If you're still having problems with it them there should be phone number at the back on the cd which you can ring. It's free to phone as it's an 0800 number and the staff mannaing the telephone lines are very good. I need to apologise for misleading you on the information I gave you regarding the My Craft Studio forum. I've just logged on and found out that you need to be a paying member of the My Craft Studio website in order to see or post anything on the forum. JrenaAnwar
