I think it depends on the type of image and what you want to do with it. I've only ever used one digi image so I'm no expert! If you want to just cut round the outline you can probably print them quite close together, but if you want to cut them out with nesties (for example) then you'd need to leave enough space for the shape of the nestie. Think it may come down to trial and error. I suppose the good thing about digi stamps is that you can print them out as many times as you want. Sorry I can't be more help. x
