Please can i just ask in the characters folder next to the bear in a white blank mug is there meant to be a character there as mine is blank? the character is number 11 in the mug so i guess it must be number 12 as mine is blank? i have emailed docrafts but they just told me to check updates and reinstall etc which i am all up to date with and i have now reinstalled it on my laptop and i've also tried the home pc and it still has the same issues, i have so many discs i would not like to remove everything and start from scratch again! i have emailed them a screen shot but not heard anything back, i just want to know if a character is meant to be there? Also is anyone else having problems with the handbag shape, mine does not work at all? it is under the sports & leisure shapes not the one with the shoe the one at the bottom it does nothing and same when trying to use it as a punch. many thanks Emily

Sorry - can't answer the Best of British query as I don't have that DVD but I've checked the Handbag punch and shape and mine doesn't work either so there is problem I think Alison  AlisonC1

Hi Emily, I have just checked mine and where #12 should be it is blank although if I hover over the space it says 001! Checked the 'handbag' too in punch and shapes and mine doesn't do anything either!! Not much help but at least you know you are not the only one with that problem. Pam Pam x

Thank you Pam for getting in touch, yes mines the same when i hover over it it says 001 and the image with the bear in white mug is number 011 then the next image is bear in mug with big hugs on which is number 013 so it's as if an image is meant to be there which would be 012? just don't know if there is meant to be an image there or not? maybe not and it's just a glitch, i've contacted docrafts but they never get back to me and it's not the first time, it's a shame as i buy all the discs i do like all the images just the software and lack of help lets them down, and the handbag shape/punch well thats 3 of us now i just hope they realise there is a problem and do an update soon, there could be more issues but it's just typical i wanted to use the punch, nevermind, hope it gets sorted out soon! Just installed the latest update Version 1.2.9
Looks like they have corrected the problem with the handbag punch/shape as mine work now.

Yes mine is working now after update, hurrah! sorry just replying now been in hospital for operation to remove 4 kidneystones, on road to recovery now. many thanks Emily x

l have tried to use the punch with the sports/leisure this has the handbag punch, this will not work but all my others punches are ok has anyone else had this problem with the sports/leisure. l have updated the programme

hi there, yes i've just tried it now and all of the sports and leisure category in punches don't work! here we go again! gonna email docrafts and if we all do the same who have same issue they will check and do another update. Emily

Hi everyone i've just had a reply from docrafts so thought would share:- Thank you for your email and making us aware of this issue. We have spoken to the IT Team and there seems to have been a glitch on our system which has caused the ‘Sport & Leisure’ punch to stop working. The IT Team are running a fix that should resolve the issue for next week (Monday). You will need to update your Digital Designer Software in order for it to start working again.
