All this talk on here about the Cricuts got me looking into the idea of getting one, is anyone else as confused as me about this. Can you use either of them to download images from the internet and cut etc? Where is the best place to look at what you can do with them, i watched the C&C programe yesterday but not that impressed and didn't seem to learn much. Any help would be appreciated. Don't think i need one but maybe i do lol

hi if you are going to get one get the big one not the new one out with the ink in its a lot of many for the ink too the one that sue has is nice i have the small one. I am hoping to upgrade after Christmas hubby said he would give me two hundred pounds for Christmas but silly me said no a hounded would do silly silly me lol. My mum will give me money too but not that much. You can also use scale with it but you need to see sue for that as am still trying to work it out they have a free trial but will cut lines out your work till you buy it I have it to have a play but not had time yet but you still need one cartrages if you get one sue will have to do a day of lessons for as all lol . Also go one youtube if you see a cartridge you like go on youtube and you can see it at work. I have a few and you can always borrow one to try before you buy.

You really do need one, I got the smallest one last Christmas (all we could afford) but you need the expression if you have the money to spare.
I use the Cartridges at present but will purchase SCAL when I get my new Laptop for Christmas :)
Sue will explain it to you when she climbs out of that Glitter pot.....lol
Nobody is less technophobic than me and I love my Cricut... simple as pie, just hope SCAL is as easy as the cartridges, and I will love it even more.
Hugs Mau xx

I couldnt live without mine now in my card making life. Ive just made 40 order of service and used it to cut layers for them. All the dates for save the dates for daughters wedding, cake boxes, banners you name it. Tonight ive cut out a chapel, and will make that into a 3 d church with a tealight inside for a wedding order. You honestly need it, these shows dont show you anything you can do. The only thing stopping you is...... you! Its so easy even dim kim (me) can use it. kim x

I've only briefly shown Tracy and she'll pick it up easily enough when she's got 5 minutes of peace & quiet. If you want to come up and have me run through what it can do you're more than welcome Sandra.
