About me

I will be 64 tomorrow so thought it was time for a change and to update things.
I retired from work in April 2009 when I was 61. I had been working at the local University in the student accomadtion. The last 3 three years were the most enjoyable. I had post graduate international students in the accomodation which I looked after and I loved them all. Some of the Trinidadians still keep in touch with me which is lovely.

When I finished work I looked after Isla my little grandaughter for 4 days a week, when my daughter started back to work. Later it went to 2 days

In April I will be looking after Niamh for 2 days a week, when my daughter in law starts back.
My latest profile pic was taken last September when we went to Illfracombe.

Interests

I have had a go at loads of things over the years. Knitting, Crochet, Painting, water colour, oil, and china painting. I even had a go at pottery which i enjoyed but the cost of the course was quite expensive so I only did it for 12 months.
I used to make most of my clothes but not any more. I just shorten skirts or trousers if they need it.
I also enjoy reading but it takes ages to read a book now as my eyes always want to shut.!!!!!
