Off to my first Physio session in a mo
I hope it works this dam ankle is so stiff and swells up so big by the end of the day but not too painful so that's a bonus...

well trying to get back to a bit of normality as I can reach things better now LOL
weather is nice and sunny bit cool .

just popped next door to surgery for flu jab and was back and done in five mins ! hows that for service ,mind you they do have loads of peeps there giving jabs this...

Still warm here but dull had another sleepless night and feeling a bit groggy this morning .
