Step by Step
1
Choose a piece of dark blue cardstock for your background sheet. Cut a rectangle of patterned paper 11" x 8" and round the corners, attach to the center of your background about 1" from the bottom edge.
2
Cut a rectangle of co-ordinating paper 10.5" x 4", round the corners on one short edge and arrange on the layout vertically overlapping the paper you have just attached.
3
Take four 2.5" x 3.5" portrait photographs and arrange in a straight line on a strip of 12" x 4" paper. Attach this across the layout as shown.
4
Stamp the oval journalling spot onto co-ordinating paper using blue metallic ink and add your journalling.
5
Stamp the flowers in blue and green metallic ink onto the same co- ordinating paper and cut out very carefully with a craft knife (or scissors if your prefer).
6
Add the blue trim along the bottom of the photographs and tie in a bow on the left hand side. Add your journalling spot and fragile flowers across the top of the trim using 3D Foam Squares.
7
Attach a row of buttons threaded onto string just above the trim on both sides of the journalling spot.
8
Stamp your title (using two colours of metallic ink) onto a piece of paper 3.25" x 1.5" with the bottom corners rounded and attach to the layout as shown.
9
Thread three buttons onto some string and position at the top right hand side of the layout and finish with a little bow.
