Step by Step

1

Cut two pieces of stretch cord to ensure that the bracelet will fit as desired and to leave several centimetres extra for finishing. Set a crimp bead at the end of each length to prevent beads slipping off whilst threading. This will be cut off once the bracelets are completed.

2

Attach two leaf, swirl and filigree charms to individual jump rings. Split into two sets with one of each charm in each set - you will require one set for each bracelet.

3

For the acrylic bead bracelet lay out the following pattern, repeating as many times as required to create the length of bracelet needed – here I have repeated three times. Splitting your design roughly into thirds, thread one of each of the charms from one set created in step 2 into the design.

4

The pattern is Silver rondelle – amber bicone- silver rondelle – clear acrylic bicone – silver rondelle - amber bicone- silver rondelle – long brown acrylic faceted bead

5

When all the beads and charms have been added to the stretch cord tie a number of tight knots in the stretch cord, pulling the cord tight in between so that it grips back on itself. Cut off the excess cord, add a little clear nail varnish to the knot for extra security if desired and hide the knot under one of the beads.

6

For the glass pillow bracelet follow the pattern detailed below, again adding the second set of charms at equal intervals within the design. I have repeated the pattern 9 times in this case: Glass topaz pillow bead – silver wheel spacer – piñata crystazzi bicone – silver wheel spacer.

7

Finish off the second bracelet as before, following step 4 above.

8

Wear each bracelet individually or layer up for a really fashionable look!

Hi there! My earliest memory of crafting is sitting with my Nan embroidering when I was tiny. Since then I’ve enjoyed cross-stitch, knitting, & a multitude of paper-crafting techniques. I have been making cards for years but really became hooked when I was introduced to heat embossing. I’ve been addicted to paper, brads, ribbon, stamps, beads, wire…. ever since! I’m really looking forward to meeting you to show you what you can achieve with all the wonderful products available to you!
