I have been scrapping for nearly 4 years, starting while I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter. I came across scrapping in a docrafts magazine when I was thinking about trying out some card making. I quickly realised scrapping was a perfect way to do something with all the photos I had from the birth of my first daughter that were still sitting in packets! Also I wanted to have something that I could pass on to my girls when they were older and able to understand just how they have changed my world (for the better) and how much they are adored by everyone around them. Aww - seems motherhood turns you into a big softie! I was quite amazed how quickly I developed an obsession/addiction but I always loved playing with paper and paints and stuff when I was a child, so it was inevitable really! I have been a magazine designer for the last 23 years but still can't wait to get the scrapbooking stuff out of an evening (once the girls are in bed) and get creative just for myself!
