Step by Step

1

Take a shallow cardboard box and secure the beach hut topper inside.

2

Fill the box with some cream and clear seed beads to represent sand and stones. Hold some acetate over the front of the box to determine you have the right amount.

3

Add a large bead to represent a rock, some twine for rope and some other bits and pieces you may have in your stash. Secure each of the elements in place with hot-glue.

4

Cut a frame shape using the Nesting Dies to fit over the box. Cut an aperture in the centre slightly smaller than your box. Add a faux stitched border using a white gel pen. Adhere the message topper at the top of the frame.

5

Secure acetate on the reverse of the frame and add the paper photo corners to each corner of the frame.

6

Glue in place using hot glue around the perimeter of the box edge.

7

Add a twine hanger on the reverse of the box using either strong tape or hot glue.

Hello, my name is Sheila and I am thrilled to be a ‘do crafts’ designer. I have been a keen crafter since childhood and now make my living from it. I demonstrate for docrafts and run my own craft groups and classes. I've have been making cards for approximately ten years and enjoy all aspects of creating and papercrafting. I like to spend lots of my time developing ideas and learning new techniques. Hopefully I will be able to share these with you and give you some inspiration when demonstrating all the wonderful products on offer
