Step by Step
1
Draw a template for your bib necklace on a piece of paper. Cut the template from a piece of purple felt using scissors.
2
Working from left to right, arrange beads in clusters and attach by either gluing or stitching to felt, continue the same pattern across the bib. When you reach the right hand side of your felt attach two accent charms with more clusters of beads in between.
3
To frame the design attach a strand of blue beads at the bottom and then glue some metal flower caps starting at the top from the right hand side and stop about half way along.
4
Using ribbon one side and a flower accent the other, attach the small link chain so that it hangs at different heights.
5
Finally cut a length of ribbon that will determine the length of you bib necklace, make two holes using the pokey tool either side of the felt push the ribbon through and tie to secure.
