Step by Step
1
Trim patterned paper to measure 20cm by 10cm. Ink the edges and glue onto a (landscape) tall card.
2
Trim pink cardstock to measure 19cm by 9cm. Distress the edges and glue centrally.
3
Trim another floral paper to measure 17.5cm by 7.5cm. Layer onto Cream of Wheat cardstock and trim to leave a narrow border. Wrap raffia around finishing with a bow on the left hand side. Glue the panel centrally.
4
Trim patterned paper to measure 5cm by 8.5cm. Layer onto pink and cream cardstock, trimming to leave a narrow border each time. Position just left of centre, using 3D foam pads to secure in place and to add some dimension.
5
Ink the edges of a butterfly die-cut and mount centrally using 3D foam pads.
6
Sew a running stitch along one edges of pink satin ribbon. Pull the thread and roll the ribbon to make a rose shape. Sew a few stitches to hold it together and glue in place on the butterfly.
7
Add a sentiment die-cut accented with an adhesive stone to complete.
