Step by Step

1

To make the Bracelet – Attach a jump ring at the end of beading wire measuring 25cm long. Secure with a crimp bead and then thread on a spacer bead.

2

Next thread on a carved silver bead, a bead cap, a red or brown bead and another bead cap.

3

Repeat step 2 another 5 times.

4

Thread on a carved silver bead and a silver spacer to complete.

5

Finish with a crimp bead to secure another jump ring at the other end.

6

Add a lobster claw clasp at one end and a short length of chain topped off with a headpin holding a spacer bead at the other to act as an extender.

7

To make the necklace - Cut 8 piece of fine chain each measuring 6cm, from the starter set and put to one side

8

Attach a jump ring at the end of beading wire measuring 25cm long. Secure with a crimp bead and then thread on a spacer bead.

9

Thread on one end of the first piece of chain. Next thread on a carved silver bead, a flower cap, a large bead, another flower cap and one end of the second piece of chain. Next add another carved bead and then the other end of the first piece of chain. Repeat this pattern (referring to the sketch in the downloads section as a guide to the beading order!) ending with a spacer bead.

10

Finish the beading with a jump ring secured in place with a crimp bead.

11

Attach 10 links of the large chain to either end.

12

Add a lobster claw clasp at one end and a short length of chain topped off with a headpin holding a spacer bead at the other to act as an extender.

13

To make the optional tiered section – Cut chain to your chosen length and attach a lobster clasp to both ends. You can then simply attach to the main necklace using the clasps.

Hi there! My earliest memory of crafting is sitting with my Nan embroidering when I was tiny. Since then I’ve enjoyed cross-stitch, knitting, & a multitude of paper-crafting techniques. I have been making cards for years but really became hooked when I was introduced to heat embossing. I’ve been addicted to paper, brads, ribbon, stamps, beads, wire…. ever since! I’m really looking forward to meeting you to show you what you can achieve with all the wonderful products available to you!
