Step by Step

1

Trim Happy Days check paper to measure 27x27cm. Distress and ink the edges.

2

Trim green plaid paper from the Chelsea Green Capsule collection to measure 20x20cm. Distress and ink the edges.

3

Ink the edges of the scalloped edged Designer Die-cut and position to the bottom left of the green panel. Tear a pale Designer Die-cut in half and layer on top as shown.

4

Add a pair of small photos to the page as shown.

5

Cut a strip of paper to measure 1” wide. Cut the end to measure 45° and then cut into 1” sections to make rhombus shapes.

6

Arrange two shades of rhombi to make a row of chevrons.

7

Apply your title along the top of the photo and down the right hand side using cardstock stickers.

8

Lightly ink the edges of a pair of Chelsea Green Big Bloomers and position as shown. Add a Happy Days Bottled topper to the centre of one.

9

Distress a square of checked Happy Days paper and add the centre of the other Big Bloomer. Add a ribbon bow on top.

10

Cut a semi-circle notch either side of the red check layer using a hole lunch. Knot brown string (coming soon) around the layer and tie a bow on the right hand side. Add a glue dot behind the knot to secure. Glue the whole panel onto a sheet of 12x12” cardstock.

11

Add some green adhesive stones to finish.

I adore crafts of all types but scrapbooking is my first love. It satisfies my daily need for a creative outlet, and complements my love of photography perfectly!
