Step by Step

1

To make the wallet cut two pieces of lime green cardstock to 13x7cm and join together the two longer and one of the smaller sides.

2

Adhere blue “Happy Birthday to you” paper leaving a narrow border before cutting a half circle out the middle of the open end to allow easy removal of the cardholder tag.

3

Use a retractable pokey tool to pierce a border round the outside as shown.

4

Trim a pink Happy Birthday cardstock sticker panel to and attach as a 3d embellishment using the technique detailed in the stepper card.

5

Attach a bunting and present die cut panel to green cardstock and, using a craft knife carefully trim round the edge to leave a slim green border. Create a scalloped border with punched craft circles. Use letter stickers from the Ultimate die cut and paper pack to add a message and finish with glittered stars and adhesive gems. Attach to the wallet as shown.

6

Tuck a small piece of Kraft card with an Aqua Sweetie attached under the pink panel to the left of the wallet.

7

To make the gift cardholder cut a piece of lime green cardstock to fit into the wallet. Add pink Happy Birthday paper and a blue die-cut panel to the card tag, leaving a narrow border.

8

Cut a piece of present patterned paper to half the size of the tag and attach to the bottom of the tag with glue round the three edges of the tag, leaving an opening for the gift card.

9

Add a border of green spots and a narrow strip of crimped Kraft card as shown.

10

Over the centre of the green spots add a balloon happy birthday die-cut, finished with number and letter stickers.

11

Finish with a Kraft and green card tab at the top of the tag, topped with a blue sweetie brad.

Hi there! My earliest memory of crafting is sitting with my Nan embroidering when I was tiny. Since then I’ve enjoyed cross-stitch, knitting, & a multitude of paper-crafting techniques. I have been making cards for years but really became hooked when I was introduced to heat embossing. I’ve been addicted to paper, brads, ribbon, stamps, beads, wire…. ever since! I’m really looking forward to meeting you to show you what you can achieve with all the wonderful products available to you!
