Step by Step
1
To Make the Bracelet
Cut 2 pieces of 3mm gold bead wire, these should fit comfortably around your wrist with approximately 15cm extra for fixings etc.
2
Take 4 Gold and Black Rondelles plus 8 small black stone rounds, and 4 eye pins, (the ones with the loops on the end.)
3
Take 1 Eye pin and thread 1 black bead, followed by one black and gold Rondelle and another black stone. Bend the end of the eyepin at right angle , trimming the end to measure approximately 1cm. Bend the excess around the round nosed pliers into a loop to match the other end of the eyepin. Repeat until you have four beaded eyepins.
4
Holding the two strands of wire together, thread them through a crimp bead and through one half of the magnetic fastening. Then pass back through the crimp bead. Slide the crimp bead close to the clasp and squeeze with the needle nose pliers to close.
5
Hold the two strands of beading wire together, thread on one small black bead followed by two pearls and a large black bead.
6
Next separate the two strands and thread two pearls, 1 large black bead and two more pearls onto EACH strand. Next thread each strand through either end of the threaded eyepins.
7
When at the desired length, hold the strands together and finish the bracelet by threading 1 large black bead followed by 2 pearls and 1 small round bead onto both strands of wire.
8
To finish thread on a crimp bead, followed by the other half of the magnetic clasp and back through the crimp bead, squeezing to finish. Trim the excess shorter and tuck the end of the wire into the last beads.
9
To make the Earrings
Thread a gold 4mm bead followed by a pearl, a small black bead and a second gold bead onto a head pin. Loop the end of the head piun as described in step 3.
10
Thread a second head pin with a large black bead, a gold 4mm bead, a pearl and a second gold bead. Close the headpin with a loop as before.
11
Open a jump ring and thread on both looped headpins and an earring finding. Close the jump ring.
12
Repeat for the other earring.
