Step by Step

1

Fold acetate and trim to make a 13cm by 15cm tent fold card.

2

Trim green cardstock to measure 12.5cm by 14cm and round the bottom corners. Ink the edges with black ink and glue at the very top of the card against the spine. Make a matching panel to go on the inside of the card.

3

Trim purple glitter cardstock to measure 11.5cm by 13.5cm and glue at the top of the card.

4

Cut a fancy border with the On The Edge Die and trim the border slightly wider than the card. Add a strip of blue glitter cardstock and staple a length of the Cousin lace on top. Glue in position about two thirds of the way down the card.

5

Use the straight line and circle Gitteration stickers to make a spiders web effect at the top left corner of the card.

6

Die cut the 8cm Ornate frame from orange cardstock and ink the edges with black ink. Secure on the right hand side of the card using 3D foam pads.

7

Die cut two of the swirls using black glitter paper and tuck behind the die cut shape.

8

Layer the haunted house sticker onto blue glitter cardstock and trim to leave a narrow border. Layer on top of the die cut and add some gems to the points of the die-cut.

9

Add more stickers to accent including some spider stickers to the web area and a ‘Boo’ message to the border. Add rows of stones for the strand of web they are hanging from.

Hi there! My earliest memory of crafting is sitting with my Nan embroidering when I was tiny. Since then I’ve enjoyed cross-stitch, knitting, & a multitude of paper-crafting techniques. I have been making cards for years but really became hooked when I was introduced to heat embossing. I’ve been addicted to paper, brads, ribbon, stamps, beads, wire…. ever since! I’m really looking forward to meeting you to show you what you can achieve with all the wonderful products available to you!
