I  am 65, married and retired from working with people with learning diabilities. I moved to the Lake District, as I have always loved fell walking, unfortunately, I had to have an ankle replacement and developed a disc desease in my spine , so fell walking is now out.   I moved to be near my faimily in Lincolnshire but just could not settle there, miised my sister and friends so I have just returned to the lakes and I am so happy to be back, I will always miss the grandchildren but living away from the lakes was so allien to me I might as well have been in Australia.,I do like crafting, I love to make cards and I also cross stitch and love painting. So I never get bored being retired. I do enjoy meeting  other crafters on this sight,
