And just to prove how versatile this range is, you can also find it in our ‘Wedding Special’ feature and used to make a Father’s Day card in our ‘make a Father’s Day card’ challenge! Step by Step

1

Frame the square card with silver outline sticker borders 1cm from the edge of the card.

2

Collect together an assortment of beads and buttons in red, pink and white tones. Paste plenty of glue around the inner edge of the outline border and scatter the beads and buttons unevenly.

3

For the next border, cut 2 pieces of wire approximately 20cm long in the two shades of pink. Twist them together and bend to make a frame. If there is some spare wire at the end, then make a small bow in the top right corner.

4

To attach it to the card, use the piercing tool from the tool kit to make a hole where the bow is and fasten a heart brad through the hole.

5

For extra hold, take a needle and thread and make a couple of loops through the card and over the wire at the bottom left corner.

6

To make the centrepiece, stick a retro shape in the centre of the card and place the heart embellishment on top.

At Middlesex University, I did a BA Hons degree in Illustration before heading home to Dorset where I joined docrafts in the Creative department. I now enjoy creating craft projects and designing new products.
