Step by Step

Add a length of sticky ribbon in red, green and yellow on the left hand side of your card.

Add several 'Congratulations' outline stickers to the right hand side of the card.

Place three of the car stickers on the red, green and yellow card colours. Cut out closely and stick to the card using 3D foam for the bottom car. Add adhesive gemstone stickers to the car headlights.
