Step by Step

Trim spotty cardstock to measure 14.5cm by 10cm. Ink the edges and glue to the card blank.

Trim the blue striped paper to measure 12.5cm by 9cm. Ink the edges and glue centrally.

Pop out the first layer of decoupage and add towards the top of the striped layer. Use 3D foam pads to add the rest of the decoupage layers.

Trim the red ribbon and staple across the card as shown. You could also use brads or glue to affix.

Add a cardstock sticker message at the bottom right with a glitter sticker greetinf to left. Finish with a row of three blue gemstones.
