This issue we feature a delightful collection from Lucy Cromwell by Papermania, off ering all the cups of tea, cake and bunting you will need to set the scene. And just to prove how versatile this range is, you can also find it in our ‘Wedding Special’ feature and used to make a Father’s Day card in our ‘make a Father’s Day card’ challenge! Our ‘Wedding Special’ feature also includes jewellery for the bride and a charming idea to hold onto those precious memories of the big day!

Step by Step

1

Trim a piece of reindeer patterned paper to measure 12.5cm square and ink the edges with white pigment ink. Fix a length of wide red organza ribbon to the panel centrally, and overlap this with white ribbon. Fox the whole panel down onto a kraft card blank.

2

Cut a circle from text patterned paper, and a slightly larger circle from white cardstock. Ink the edges of the patterned paper with chestnut ink and mat. Prick a border around the outside of the circle. Cut a 3.5cm strip of burgundy cardstock and fix to the circle as shown. Trim around the edges of the burgundy cardstock once attached. Add white dots as shown. Fix to the card blank using 3D foam pads.

3

Stamp the tree using frost white ink and emboss with white powder. Cut out and attach glitter brads to the circles on the tree. Fix to the right of the circle with 3D foam pads. Take the two greetings panels and trim down slightly to fit the dimensions of the card. Apply a dotty border to the edges with white and red pen accordingly, and fix to the card as shown.

4

Finally, add a red gingham bow and white button to the top of the tree to finish.
