Step by Step

Stamp the candle image onto white card using Ancient Page Coal ink. Stamp just flower section onto red cardstock.

Using pencil lightly mark a rectangle around the candle image as shown, leaving the tops of the candles outside the rectangle Cut out and layer onto silver Mirri card and red cardstock. and layered, first, onto Anita’s silver mirri card and then onto red cardstock.

Stamp the ‘Happy Christmas’ sentiment and matt and layer in the same manner. Layer to the right hand side of the image

Cut the poinsettia section from red card and decoupage on top of the main image.

For the bottom part of the card stamp the swirl and poinsettia image onto white card and trim to a rectangle. Cut out leaving a narrow border. Stamp just the flower parts of the image twice more onto red cardstock. Cut out and decoupage on top.

Score the front of the polka dot embossed Me to You card lengthways and fold inwards towards the spine to make an easel card base. Attach the main layered image to the top part of the card as shown.

Trim red cardstock to measure 11.5cm by 14cm. Score 1cm from the top to make a 10.5x14cm panel with a 1x14cm tab. Round the corners of the panel and use the tab to secure the red panel in place inside the base of the card. This flap allows you to write your message under the design.

Secure the stamped swirl and poinsettia image inside the card using 3D foam pads to raise it up.This will act as the stopper so the easel stays up.
