Step by Step
1
To make the cracker - Take a piece of A4 cardstock and with it positioned in the portrait orientation, score at 2.5", 5" and 7". Turn the cardstock landscape and score at 2.5" from each side. Cut notches into the creases and assemble.
2
Trim fabric paper to approximately 5.5" wide and wrap it around the cracker, cut away any excess. Repeat with a thinner piece of the patterned paper placing it in the centre of the cracker.
3
Create the 'Merry Christmas topper by inking the edges of 3 different tags with a gold ink pad and then layering together. Add the Christmas Glitterations on top.
4
Finish by wrapping ribbon and string around the cracker, adding gems to the topper.
5
To make the card - Cover a 6 x 6”card blank using a piece of the Home for Christmas paper.
6
Trim white cardstock to approximately 5 x 5”. Stamp the Home for Christmas image using red ink.
7
Adhere a strip of the Home for Christmas paper and matching ribbon around the centre of the card.
8
Stamp the tag images from the Home for Christmas range onto the matching die cut tags using red ink, trim a few millimetres from around them and then layer onto the kraft die cut tags creating a small border around them.
9
Trim three baubles from the bauble paper. Add to the card using 3D foam pads, attach twine to the top and a bow and gem to each.
