Step by Step
1
Cut down white cardstock to measure 8.5" by 11". Keep the offcut for other projects. Cut a narrow strip of the red special effects card to measure 11" long.
2
Stick the card strip to your page referring to the photograph for placement. Add a length of the white 'Ric Rac' on top securing behind.
3
Layer your photograph (mines is a black and white image measuring 11cm by 15cm) onto white card and then the red speciality card leaving a narrow border of each colour. Position toward the left hand side of your page at a slight angle.
4
On the right hand side of your page, stamp your title using two different sized fonts and using the black and red Brush marker pens. Outline the red word using the fine end of the black brushmarker.
5
Punch three Christmas Tree Shapes from the green speciality paper. Stick towards the bottom right hand corner of your page. Add a large red brad below each tree and a small silver brad above each. Use the pricking tool from the toolkit to make a hole for each brad before placing through and fastening behind.
6
Add a photo anchor at the edge of your photo. Place a small brad through to secure. Arrange the silk flowers onto your page until you have a pleasing placement. Layer different blooms to add extra interest and dimension.
