Step by Step

1

Trim floral Happy Days paper to the width of the notebook. Cut a scallop border to the bottom edge and glue in place. Cut a notch to either side where the elastic fastener sits.

2

Free hand cut an oval of the pale green Paperazzi paper and add a layer of the blue patterned paper on top. Add a pierced border and position onto the front of the notebook.

3

Tear some borders from coordinating papers and position across the middle of the notebook.

4

Stamp the ‘With Love’ ticket with red ink and cut out. Use silicone glue to adhere to the front of the notebook.

5

Cut out a couple of the bottle top images from the patterned paper and adhere with silicone glue. Once dry add a glaze over the top of the images using Anita’s 3D gloss.

6

Once dry knot lots of coordinating ribbons through the ring binding at the top of the notebook.

I started papercrafting when I was pregnant with my twins and caught the bug big time! There's something wonderfully relaxing about you and a bunch of pretty papers and punches. Hopefully I'll be able to give you ideas some things to try out - just like designers when I first started did for me. And remember it's only paper and the idea is to have fun. If you make a mistake, there's lots of lovely papers to buy and try again!
