Step by Step

1

Trim kraft cardstock to measure 9.75x14cm and ink the edges with pink ink. Trim Chelsea Green paper slightly smaller and distress and tear the edges. Glue onto the kraft cardstock.

2

Tear a border of a contrasting tone paper and adhere across the card.

3

Pierce a border of holes around the perimeter of the card.

4

Wrap pink ribbon around the card and secure on the reverse of the card. Repeat with some strands of raffia.

5

Glue the panel onto a white A6 card blank.

6

Lightly ink the point of some Big Bloomers flowers. Layer up with a circle of pink cardstock to the centre. Knot some raffia and position to the right hand side of the border. Layer the flower embellishment on top.

7

Distress and ink the edges of a tag sentiment and shape between your fingers before add to the flower as shown.

8

Finish the card with small adhesive stones and shimmer dome stickers to the top left of the card and some more to the flower centre.

Hi there! My earliest memory of crafting is sitting with my Nan embroidering when I was tiny. Since then I’ve enjoyed cross-stitch, knitting, & a multitude of paper-crafting techniques. I have been making cards for years but really became hooked when I was introduced to heat embossing. I’ve been addicted to paper, brads, ribbon, stamps, beads, wire…. ever since! I’m really looking forward to meeting you to show you what you can achieve with all the wonderful products available to you!
