This issue we feature a delightful collection from Lucy Cromwell by Papermania, off ering all the cups of tea, cake and bunting you will need to set the scene. And just to prove how versatile this range is, you can also find it in our ‘Wedding Special’ feature and used to make a Father’s Day card in our ‘make a Father’s Day card’ challenge! Our ‘Wedding Special’ feature also includes jewellery for the bride and a charming idea to hold onto those precious memories of the big day!

Step by Step

1

Cover the front of an A6 card with Henbury Lane Poinsettia flourish paper. Round the bottom two corners with an Xcut corner rounding punch.

2

Stamp the bauble design in brown dye ink to the right of the card, leave to dry and attach a length of narrow red organza ribbon along the spine edge.

3

On spare white card re-stamp the bauble design again and repeat the stamped image onto various patterned papers. Cut out the green round bauble and stick to the card perfectly aligned in position. Cut the decoration from two shades of green Core’dinations card and layer up accordingly. Cut out a red heart bauble from the stamped image on red patterned Henbury Lane paper and stick onto the design. Repeat the stamped image yet again for the heart bauble. Stick to spare card and cut out. Layer this onto the previous layer with Stick It! 3D foam dots, so the heart bauble stands proud of the round bauble. Cut the holly leaves from green Core’dinations card. Add red and silver adhesive stones for the berries, bauble decorations and cap of the round bauble. Layer onto the card base with more 3D foam dots. Cover baubles with Anita’s 3D clear gloss and leave to dry.

4

Tie three red organza bows and attach to the tops of the baubles (where shown) with transparent adhesive dots. Add rows of three red adhesive stones to the top left and bottom right of the card. Draw a dashed line in red pen around the edge of the card.

5

Punch a scalloped ellipse from spare white card, apply Henbury Lane Christmas rub-ons for the greeting and holly, then mat onto green and Henbury Lane laser card. Attach a mini red adhesive stone each side of the scalloped ellipse and attach to the bottom left of the background with 3D foam dots. Add an organza bow at the top.
