This issue we feature a delightful collection from Lucy Cromwell by Papermania, off ering all the cups of tea, cake and bunting you will need to set the scene. And just to prove how versatile this range is, you can also find it in our ‘Wedding Special’ feature and used to make a Father’s Day card in our ‘make a Father’s Day card’ challenge! Our ‘Wedding Special’ feature also includes jewellery for the bride and a charming idea to hold onto those precious memories of the big day!

Step by Step

1

Trim parcel paper to measure 28cm square. Glue centrally on Amaryllis Cardstock.

2

Trim Blue Lightning Cardstock to measure23cm by 25cm. Distress the edges and glue towards the right hand side of the page.

3

Trim holly paper to measure 22cm by 24cm. Glue on top.

4

Distress the edges of a 19cm by 13cm photograph (printed onto Papermania cardstock for a bit of texture) and layer onto Scarlet cardstock. Position towards the top of the Holly panel.

5

Trim snow paper to measure 20cm by 8cm. Distress the top and both sides. Trim snowflake paper to measure 20cm by 5cm. Distress the top and both sides and the roughly roll the bottom 1cm inwards. Glue overlapping each other (snowflake paper on top) onto Iced Cocoa cardstock. (don’t cut out yet!!).

6

Tear a strip of Cappuccino cardstock and trim so that it measure 20cm long. Cut the top edge so it is a slightly wavy line. Glue just below the point where the two patterned papers meet so you can still see the distressed paper edge.

7

Apply the large pair of owls sticker so that the branch of the sticker overlaps the brown strip so that the branch seems to continue across the panel. Add some present and a robin sticker as shown. Trim around the panel leaving a narrow border on all sides.

8

Apply a couple of lengths of 3D Glitteration Border sticker across the card, applying them in a wavy manner.

9

Apply the panel just overlapping your photo at the bottom of the holly panel.

10

Apply the Merry Christmas sticker onto Blue Lightning cardstock and trim to leave a narrow border. Position on the bottom right of the photo.

11

Tie knots in a selection of ribbons and attach running vertically to the left hand side. Secure with brads and staple. Add a final length of ribbon that has been twisted before securing in the same way.

12

Add a coordinating glazed brad through the centre of a Snowflake Mirror sticker and position as shown using a 3D foam pad.
