I am a 50 something mother of two now grown up kids (soon to be 18 and 21) with a long suffering husband and a slightly neurotic cat. I work part time in a library where I am renowned for my craft sessions with the kids but how I long to be asked to do some grown up crafting sessions!! I used to run a garden design business (hence the garden gal) but wound that up last in 2011 due largely to the fact that my body no longer likes to bend very far and I decided I hate being cold and wet. I love craft of all kinds and am always experimenting. In fact I sometimes think if I concentrated on one thing I would actually get better at it but I am a self confessed dilettante and I don't think that will ever change. However I particularly like collage and technique work (ie stamping, embossing etc) and of course original art although I am not that good at it. I have more craft stuff than I think I could ever use on my own and am always buying more - help! These days I am not as
