DOCRAFTS CREATIVITY MAGAZINE ISSUE 33 MAY/JUN 2012

This issue we feature a delightful collection from Lucy Cromwell by Papermania, off ering all the cups of tea, cake and bunting you will need to set the scene. And just to prove how versatile this range is, you can also find it in our ‘Wedding Special’ feature and used to make a Father’s Day card in our ‘make a Father’s Day card’ challenge! Our ‘Wedding Special’ feature also includes jewellery for the bride and a charming idea to hold onto those precious memories of the big day!

Step by Step

1

Emboss the Poinsettia stamp into the centre of a glass shape (see top tips). TIP Place the inked stamp rubber die side up on a table. Press down the glass shape from overhead for more accurate positioning.

2

Create a border around the edge of the glass shape using Anita’s straight line Outline Stickers.

3

Fill in the design with aqua-glass paints. Whilst the paint is still wet apply gold beads and glitter into the paint for added decoration! Leave to dry and hang onto your tree!

I have been with docrafts for over ten years and in that time, have tried many new crafts. I have been involved with the docrafts Creativity! magazine since its launch in 2003 and now work with some wonderful designers as the magazine editor.
