Step by Step

Take an 8 x 8" card blank and with the fold at the top cut the width down to 5 inches. Attach a pink strip of paper down the centre a little away from the sides and attach a lilac strip on top of that. Distress the edges with a craft knife.

Stamp the Gorjuss frame with a clear emboss ink pad and cover with white embossing powder. Shake off the excess and heat the powder with a heat gun until the powder turns white and shiny. Cut out the frame and glue on top of the lilac paper about half an inch from the top and distress the edges.

Die-cut a doily in blue paper and glue into the centre of the frame. Stamp the Gorjuss image in black onto 4 different coloured papers.

Cut out different parts from the 4 images and piece together to form a complete image in varying colours. Glue the pieces down and attach the image to the centre of the doily with 3D foam pads. Cut a strip of lace trim in half, tuck around the Gorjuss image and glue in place.

Take another strip of lace trim slightly longer than the pink paper on the card, fold the edges in and glue in place. Glue a strip of patterned paper on top, attach a length a pink ribbon in the middle and glue around the back. Glue towards the bottom of the card.

Take a die-cut sentiment, matt onto blue paper and cut around the edge leaving a small border. Distress the edges and bend slightly. Glue on top of the lace border bending the sentiment in the middle so it sticks out from the card. Add a pinwheel to the left of the sentiment.

Cut 3 strips of butterfly paper and using a butterfly punch, line up the butterfly images in the punch and punch out. Glue to the top of card, on the doily and on the right hand corner of the sentiment. Shape with your fingers and add gems to the centres.

To give Gorjuss a little blush draw a little pink brush marker onto a stamp block. Add a small amount of water with a paintbrush and dab onto her cheeks. Add some glitter glue on top.

Finish the card off with some pearl gems, lettering to the top and a pink bow.
