Step by Step

1

Stamp and emboss over the turquoise card with the gold ink and powder, using the Happy Birthday stamp. Cut out both parts of the tie using the template.

2

Cut out the two collar parts from the spare white card. Fold over the top section as indicated on the template. Add border stickers on the lower part of each collar piece, also add star to each piece. Glue the folded tab of the collar and place one in each corner of the card, referring to the photo for guidance

3

Cut two strips of sticky ribbon approximately 12cm long, Stick to the base card so that the top point would be hidden under the collar. Trim to fit at the bottom of the card

4

Using foam pads, stick the knot piece of the tie underneath the collar. Stick down the collar points

5

Glue the bottom half of the tie in place, making sure you tuck the top edge under the knot

6

Finally add a small piece of outline sticker border and a star sticker to represent a tie pin
