Step by Step
1
Take the sheet of heart patterned paper from the decoupage pack and stick to the front of an A5 card blank so that both patterns are showing.
2
Build up the decoupage element and greeting onto white cardstock measuring 10.5 x 15 cm and round the top corners. Fix to bare basics paper leaving a small border. Attach raffia around the card which has been opened out. Tie a bow with wide organza ribbon and stick to the left of the raffia . Finish the bow with a flower, large pink button and raffia.
3
Embellish the decoupage with shimmer dots, and fix the whole panel to the centre of the card with 3D foam pads.
